EPA universal Certifications, Min. 5 years’ experience installing from ½ ton split to 200 ton roof top systems, Able to Braise ¼ to 2’’ copper pipe, Able to climb ladders, work off ladders, and on roofs, Understand HVAC theory and refrigerant cycle, Understand crane signaling and rigging, Technology complicit, Read and interpret blue prints, wiring diagrams, single line drawings, Working knowledge of low voltage and up to 600 volt wiring, Must have own hand tools, Must be willing to travel and stay overnight, Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly, Able to cut, thread, install gas pipe, Basic knowledge of State, City, county MEP codes, Team player and able to lead up to 4 person crew, Manage budget, material, labor, Uphold Safety and company policies, Basic understanding of service, Professional appearance and attitude, Willing to work nights and weekends, Must be able to be on time, Have a willingness to learn, Able to climb ladders, work off ladders, and on roofs, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Able to kneel, crawl and stand for long period of times, Able to fill out proper documentation, via paperwork, phone, computer or tablet, Valid state driver’s license with a clean record
