What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10-15 years of experience in the BFSI domain, exposure to Corporate Banking, deep understanding of banking processes including Payments, Lending, Deposits and Transaction/Corporate Banking, experience working on large-scale digital transformation programs in banking environments, mix of domain expertise and hands-on delivery/practitioner experience, comfortable working with and influencing business stakeholders, SMEs, analysts and program teams, business analysis capabilities including user journey mapping, requirement gathering and process definition, experience working in client-facing consulting or transformation roles, experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across complex programs, bridge business and technology by translating business needs into structured solution approaches, ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
experience working with Indian or global banks, fintechs or consulting organizations, exposure to emerging technology trends and digital transformation initiatives in the banking industry

engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders to align on transformation goals and delivery outcomes
using and advocating for AI-assisted tools and modern approaches for user journey creation and prototyping
contributing domain inputs for transformation initiatives
RFIs/RFPs and solution accelerators where required
mentoring and supporting business analysts and cross-functional teams in BFSI domain and consulting practices

Lead Industry Experts act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that teams are successful in driving large-scale BFSI transformation initiatives.
