This role sits at the intersection of HR, analytics, and business strategy, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable people insights while maintaining seamless employee lifecycle operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR operations expertise with advanced analytical capabilities, enabling the organization to make informed workforce decisions, improve talent outcomes, optimize people processes, and build scalable HR systems. This is a high-visibility role that works closely with senior leadership, finance, and business stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and people performance. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Own and manage HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership teams. * Develop and maintain reports covering headcount planning, hiring progress, attrition trends, workforce costs, talent metrics, and organizational effectiveness. * Partner with Finance and business leaders to track workforce budgets, people costs, and headcount plans against organizational targets. * Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, and data governance. * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all HR systems and employee records. * Build and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational standards. * Drive HR process automation initiatives through technology, analytics, AI tools, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. * Monitor employee experience metrics, employer branding indicators, a
