Own end-to-end analytics for the X-Sell system
Design the analytical framework for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies
Build prioritisation logic for customer offers and communication
Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing

Full Job Description
We are building the next generation of our X-Sell system and are looking for a Product Analytics Lead/Head to own the analytical and decision-making foundation behind how we engage customers across products. You will shape how we prioritise offers, orchestrate customer communication, and design the business logic behind cross-sell decisions, ensuring customers receive the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel. This is a high-impact opportunity to define an end-to-end recommendation ecosystem from the ground up, partnering closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to turn ideas into scalable production systems. What you’ll do: Own end-to-end analytics for the X-Sell system, driving decisions across customer engagement, offer prioritisation, and recommendation logic Design the analytical framework for cross-sell and next-best-offer strategies across our entire customer base Build prioritisation logic for customer offers and communication, ensuring a smart and scalable approach Partner closely with Product, ML, and Engineering teams to define business requirements for recommendation models and identify the most valuable use cases for ML applications Translate business goals into analytical and model requirements: define what should be optimised, which signals and features matter, and how success should be measured Drive experimentation culture through A/B testing, customer insights, and incremental optimisation of recommendation mechanics Generate insights on customer behaviour and communication effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion across products Help define where and how recommendation models should be implemented in production, aligning multiple stakeholders around priorities and execution Establish scalable processes and decision-making frameworks for cross-sell initiatives in a fast-growing environment What makes you a great fit: Experience with X-cell or similar products A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier un
