What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Post-secondary or equivalent experience required, 3-5 years manufacturing related experience, Fluency in English both oral and written
Nice to Have
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
What You'll Do.
Manage and prioritize staffing assignments
Execute and coordinate employee training
Arrange for and train temporary and permanent staff
production and equipment issues
Responsible for efficient
high quality operation
Assist to ensure production targets are achieved
Ensure efficient and effective line change-overs
