Address unsafe work conditions
Report injuries promptly
Maintain clear communication with team members
Monitor compliance with quality requirements
Support the reject process
Promote continuous improvement initiatives
Promote 5S initiatives
Promote employee involvement programs
Keep VIS boards updated
Support equipment monitoring
Organize manpower allocation
Organize dispatch activities
Conduct daily assessments of upstream operations
Facilitate cross-training
Communicate objectives clearly
Participate in long-term planning
Support disciplinary processes
Report noncompliance according to company agreements
