ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Growth Manager to serve as a force multiplier for our Payments, Lending, and Telco which supports (CashApp, Nubank, and Klarna). This role sits at the intersection of GTM execution and strategy—supporting leadership by driving operational rigor, enabling customer-facing deliverables, developing AI tooling, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. This is an ideal role for someone looking to transition from finance or consulting into a high-impact operating role in a pre-IPO environment, with significant exposure to senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams. You will be a generalist wearing a lot of hats, essentially operating as the chief of staff for the GM of Payments, Lending & Telco.
