Must Have

Bachelor's degree required, preferably within Business, Finance, Economics or related field, Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceuticaliotech industry or consulting, Understanding of multiple pricing and reimbursement systems in key markets across regions, e.g. US, EU, Emerging Markets, Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically define approach and manage execution, Highly collaborative: ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies, Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to successfully manage multiple projects/priorities, Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT-enabled solutions

Nice to Have

Master's degree or an advanced degree is preferred, Previous experience within a global/regional role is a plus, Experience in Oncology is a plus, Knowledge of or ability to learn the impact of international reference pricing, cross-indication referencing and affordability considerations and solutions, Ability to assimilate pricing and reimbursement insights to inform future pricing decisions, knowledge/experience with digital and AI tools/capabilities preferred
