What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, preferably within Business, Finance, Economics or related field, Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceuticaliotech industry or consulting, Understanding of multiple pricing and reimbursement systems in key markets across regions, e.g. US, EU, Emerging Markets, Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically define approach and manage execution, Highly collaborative: ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different geographies, Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to successfully manage multiple projects/priorities, Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT-enabled solutions
Nice to Have
Master's degree or an advanced degree is preferred, Previous experience within a global/regional role is a plus, Experience in Oncology is a plus, Knowledge of or ability to learn the impact of international reference pricing, cross-indication referencing and affordability considerations and solutions, Ability to assimilate pricing and reimbursement insights to inform future pricing decisions, knowledge/experience with digital and AI tools/capabilities preferred

Own key Global Pricing projects and processes for in-line and pipeline brands to advance the strategic capabilities of the OBU and inform pricing and access decisions
Partner with the Global Value & Access Oncology team
with regional and local Country Access
Pricing and Finance leads to ensure data sharing and efficient management of price decisions and KPIs
Own key relationships with external Pricing vendors
providing business perspective and driving timely delivery of system
