Remote World connects South African talent with UK employers — and this Lead Generation Specialist role is a fully remote opportunity to build pipelines, open doors, and have a real impact on a growing UK business. **About the Role** You'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, reaching out to prospects, and warming them up for the sales team. This role suits someone who's curious, persistent, and comfortable with outreach — you don't need to be a high-pressure closer, but you do need to enjoy building conversations with new contacts. **Key Responsibilities** * Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools * Conduct outbound calls and send emails to introduce the company and qualify interest * Log all activity accurately in the CRM and update lead status after each contact * Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made and qualified leads passed to sales * Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging based on prospect feedback * Keep up to date with the business's services and target market **What You'll Need** * Experience with outbound calling, lead generation, or business development outreach * Confidence communicating with business decision-makers by phone and email * Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Good written English and a professional phone manner * A driven, goal-oriented approach and the ability to self-manage in a remote setting **What's on Offer** * R15,000–R20,000 per month (plus performance incentives) * Fully remote — work from anywhere in South Africa * Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) * A role where results are recognised and rewarded
