Previous experience in sales operations or support, lead generation, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or a related field, organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
What You'll Do.
Identifying and sourcing potential leads
Creating opportunities for Laundryheap’s B2B expansion
Conduct market analysis to identify trends
and areas to target within the business sector
Identify and attract leads interested in Laundryheap’s services through outbound prospecting (cold emails
Source the relevant point of contact for companies identified through prospecting to maximise the conversation opportunity
Documenting & summarizing processes
and helping to replicate successful models across international markets
Optimize partnership lead quality and identify growth opportunities by developing and implementing strategic business lead generation initiatives to enhance targeting and conversion rates
Operational management of certain accounts if required
