What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in a previous position that required the handling of cash and balancing cash and/or receipts, Experience in an environment outside the home with computers and various software programs, Previous experience in the waste services industry
What You'll Do.
Monitor and record waste volumes
Collect usage fees from customers
Coordinate daily activities of Gate Attendant/Scale Operators
Ensure work and processes adhere to Company Policy
Perform radiation testing
Relay issues with security systems
Coordinate repairs with third party vendors
Review daily schedules
Estimate hour requirements
Make adjustments in work procedures
Recommend measures to improve operation methods
Direct employees in completion of duties
Interpret Company policies
Ensure scale house is clean and supplied
Assist in filing daily paperwork
Troubleshoot discrepancies with tickets
Determine content of material entering facility
Properly bill the customer
Accept or reject waste load
Provide receipt to customers
Balance daily receipts
Deposit daily receipts
Document waste entering facility
Track total amount of waste
Notify operations of special waste
Process special loads
Provide general information
Maintain cleanliness of work area
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate the daily activities of Gate Attendant/Scale Operators with the Operations Clerk, Operations Supervisor, and/or Operations Manager; Relay any issues with the security systems at the scale house to Operation Clerk, Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Manager; Confer with supervisor or manager to coordinate activities of individual departments; Assist Operation Clerk in filing daily paperwork, troubleshooting discrepancies with tickets, reviewing video footage, etc.

Good communication is able to effectively communicate operating issues; Answer the telephone and provide general information to callers
