5+ years of experience in software development, proficiency across frontend and backend, technical background in modern frontend frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, Commercial experience with PHP & Laravel, proven experience in Go, Experience with relational databases, in-memory data stores, query optimisation, understanding of both frontend architecture patterns and backend system design, Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), API design, testing practices across the stack, Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, Understanding of web performance optimisation, core web vitals, A performance-focused mindset, Experience breaking down projects into small, incremental, shippable releases, problem-solving skills, attention to detail
