What You'll Do.
Perform production duties
Ensure inventory accuracy
Communicate instructions to associates
Maintain link between Corporate Retail Teams and FC
Report & re-escalate tickets
Resolve problem items
Handle Retail Request Tickets
Support daily management of department duties
Communicate with internal suppliers
Communicate with external suppliers
Escalate barriers to Operations leaders
Drive standard work in Safety
Drive standard work in Quality
Drive standard work in Productivity
Meet daily operational goals
Schedule inbound appointments
Communicate with carriers
Communicate with corporate transportation group
Communicate with management
Communicate with dock personnel
Plan inbound arrivals
Ensure carrier compliance
Schedule inbound deliveries
Communicate with other departments
Correspond with shipping companies
Use shipping company software
Coordinate trailers to dock doors
Coordinate cross docks
Follow Trailer Dock Release program processes
Administer flow of non-inventory goods
Organize safety equipment
Research missing shipments
Stage product in work areas
Operate PIT equipment
Track non-inventory goods
Receive non-inventory goods
Manage hazardous waste
Provide technical support for Waste Program
Execute Waste Procedure
Maintain compliance with Waste Program
Oversee waste process
Monitor overall floor health of robotic field
Lead safe work dispatch
Lead effective work dispatch
Ensure minimum impact on downstream operations
Coordinate with learning team
Coordinate with RME team
Coordinate with operations team
Drive standard work practices
Achieve daily operational goals
Access Amazon Robotic floors safely
Perform tasks on AR floor
Resolve issues on AR floor
Help associates with amnesty processing
Help associates with amnesty prevention
Provide data and analytical support
Support ACES initiatives
Support compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements
Support operations leaders
Support associates in delivering operations results
