What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Can lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, 18 years of age or older
Nice to Have
Completed Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others, 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail), Experience with performance metrics, Lean process improvement experience
What You'll Do.
Perform production duties
Ensure inventory accuracy
Communicate instructions to associates
Maintain link between Corporate Retail Teams and the
Report and re-escalate tickets
Resolve problem items
Handle Retail Request Tickets
Support daily management of department duties
Communicate with internal and external suppliers
Escalate barriers to Operations leaders
Drive standard work in Safety
Drive standard work in Quality
Drive standard work in Productivity
Meet daily operational goals
Manage inbound flow from scheduling appointments to time
Communicate with carriers
Communicate with corporate transportation group
Communicate with management
Communicate with dock personnel
Plan inbound arrivals
Ensure carrier compliance
Schedule inbound deliveries in dock master
Communicate with other departments
Correspond with multiple shipping companies
Use multiple shipping company’s software
Coordinate trailers to corresponding dock doors
Coordinate cross docks
Ensure proper processes are followed with Trailer Dock
Administer the flow of non-inventory goods
Organize safety equipment
Research missing shipments
Stage product in work areas
Operate PIT equipment
Track non-inventory goods
Receive non-inventory goods
Manage product and hazardous waste
Provide technical support for Waste Program
Execute Waste Procedure
Maintain compliance with Waste Program
Oversee waste process
Monitor overall floor health of the robotic field
Lead safe and effective work dispatch for Amnesty
Ensure minimum impact on downstream operations
Coordinate with local learning team
Coordinate with RME team
Coordinate with operations team
Drive standard work practices
Support building to achieve daily operational goals
Safely access Amazon Robotic floors
Perform a wide range of tasks on AR
Resolve issues on the Amazon Robotics (AR) floor
Help associates at stations with amnesty processing
Help associates at stations with amnesty prevention
Provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives
Ensure compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements
