ABOUT THE ROLE A1 is building a proactive AI chat app for everyday users—bringing intelligence into conversations, errands, organization, and workflows. Unlike traditional chat-based tools, we focus on high reliability in long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task execution. You will operate as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-priority initiatives — from shaping US expansion to closing key hires and building the company’s first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad.
