Full Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE A1 is building a proactive AI chat app for everyday users—bringing intelligence into conversations, errands, organization, and workflows. Unlike traditional chat-based tools, we focus on high reliability in long-running workflows, persistent context, and real-world task execution. You will operate as an extension of the Founder, turning ideas into execution across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry. This role tackles the highest-priority initiatives — from shaping China expansion to closing key hires and building the company’s first operating systems. The scope is intentionally broad. We’re looking for someone fast, dependable, and able to operate independently in ambiguity.
