# _**Job Description​**_ __**Crittenton Children 's Center is seeking Lead Person for our Foster Care department!**__ The Foster Care lead is responsible for providing program and supervisory support for the management of the Foster Care program. Job details: Full-time days, but flexibility is expected to assist with weekends and holidays Provide direct support and program assistance to the Department Manager Provide case management supervision as directed by Department Manager Provide case management services for a reduced case load of children as assigned Provide support and leadership during professional meetings Act as a liaison for the agency at community trainings and events as assigned Facilitate training and for newly hired staff including on the job training Distribute and review monthly reports under direction of Department Manager Monitoring of contract compliance Complete assessments for all newly referred cases Monitor and audit monthly program outcome data Provide backup case management as needed for vacations/leave as assigned by Department Manager Attend court proceedings as needed Monitor quality of case note entry providing education to case mangers as needed # _**Job Requirements**_ Applicable Experience: 3-5 years Department of Social Services Fingerprint (DSS) - Missouri Department of Social Services Bachelor's Degree # _**Job Details**_ Full Time Day (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
