We are looking for a skilled Lead Flutter Developer. ❗️Important: This is an on-site position based in Lisbon. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.❗️ Here you can check our location: BrainRocket Portugal ✅ Responsibilities: ✔️ Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met ✔️ Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture ✔️ Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations ✔️ Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support ✔️ Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs ✔️ Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team. ✅ Requirements: ✔️ Leadership Android and/or iOS - nice to have) Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices Experience working with REST APIs and sockets. ✔️ Flutter: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart) At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play). ✔️Code Quality & Design: Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles You care about clean, maintainable code and help others write it too. ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to: 🧑🏻‍💻 Learning and development opportunitie
