You combine deep technical accounting expertise with strong people leadership and a continuous improvement mindset. Your key responsibilities include: * Leading, developing, and inspiring an international consolidation and financial controlling team * Owning and continuously improving the group consolidation and financial close processes * Ensuring accurate accounting and reporting under IFRS and APMM GAAP, including complex areas such as foreign exchange, leases, provisions, impairments, and business combinations
