What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in finance and real estate development, 5+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, or corporate finance in a capital intensive environment, sector experience or knowledge within Data Center infrastructure and/or Real Estate is required, A understanding of capital allocation frameworks, Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC, Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy, Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
Nice to Have
CFA charterholder preferred, FRM charterholder preferred
What You'll Do.
Driving Financial Planning & Analysis in support of digital infrastructure offering
Serving as an embedded finance partner to the digital infrastructure organization
Supporting forecasting
and performance measurement
Providing crucial support in supporting corporate-level financial planning for all aspects of the portfolio offering
Helping executive leadership determine how and where to deploy Crusoe’s capital for maximum enterprise value
Partnering with stakeholders to create project level and portfolio level capital budgets for data center projects
Preparing the annual budget and monthly forecasts
Ensuring timely tracking
Detailing performance narratives
Driving forecasting accuracy
Acting as a primary Finance liaison to cross-functional peers
Ensuring ground-level operational realities seamlessly tie into corporate planning and liquidity forecasts
Supporting Real Estate investment team in reviewing and maintaining relevant project models
Supporting capital allocation decision making
debt or joint-venture funding levers impact capital structures
dilution and liquidity
Translating dense financial and operational data into crisp
high-quality monthly and quarterly executive reports
Supporting the CFO org with the creation of models
and diligence materials for debt and equity fundraising events

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst with a strong background in Real Estate Portfolio Management to join our Finance team. You will serve as an embedded finance partner to the digital infrastructure organization (from energy procurement, construction & project controls, power infrastructure development, and real estate investments), and support forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
