What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years within the biopharma/pharmaceutical industry, demonstrated experience and understanding of provincial and federal drug and health policy, developing external relationships leading to brand advocacy, demonstrated portfolio management experience, proven strategic thinking, ability to formulate, develop and execute therapeutic strategies across the country, ability to manage cross-functional teams and peers to deliver exceptional results, Detail oriented with analytical skills, Comfortable and adaptive to working in a changing environment and ambiguity
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in science, economics, public health, business, or related field of study, Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal skills, Experience and knowledge in Canadian access and reimbursement of products across our portfolio, Demonstrated ability to develop and implement field access strategies, including cross functional stakeholder mapping and engagement planning, Demonstrated experience in health economic/pharmacoeconomic modeling and health technology assessment process

Co-create and oversee pan-Canadian execution
Direct tactical plan execution within the province
Lead Gilead Field Access
Policy / Government Relations
Create and maintain up to date stakeholder maps
Support Market Access Strategy team
Represent company at professional events
Promote company products
Provide pan-Canadian provincial input into brand marketing strategy
Eliminate health policy barriers
Create proactive strategies
Participate in industry organizations
