Provides leadership and direction to Failure Analysis Engineers

Investigates and reduces component failures identified through leak

Conducts detailed root cause analysis and implements effective corrective actions

Leads analysis of field failures and evaluation of incoming materials

Improves component quality of non-conforming products through robust failure analysis

Drives corrective actions with suppliers

Monitors component reject rates and responds proactively to trends and escalations

Communicates technical findings related to component failures to internal stakeholders and customers

Recovers costs associated with rejected components through supplier returns and claim processes

Implements proactive initiatives to enhance productivity

and reduce cost impact from defects

Responds promptly to production line issues and manages components under hold status

Ensures proper storage and handling of sensitive components

Engages with customer engineering teams

Ensures compliance with all safety

and environmental regulations
