The role The Lead Facilities & Maintenance Integration Manager (all genders) is a key leadership role responsible for driving facilities and maintenance excellence across HelloFresh’s international operations. You will lead the integration of new facilities, equipment, and technologies, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic engineering initiatives and operational improvements across our network. As the owner of the international F&M improvement program, you will drive standardization, operational excellence, and engineering best practices while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Automation, and Health & Safety teams. This highly visible international role plays a critical part in scaling our operations, improving asset performance, and supporting both existing and new sites across Europe.
