This role provides technical leadership to the facilities team, ensures system reliability, and supports safe, efficient, and compliant facility operations. As a key point of coordination between maintenance, operations, contractors, and leadership, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional facility performance that supports JLL's business objectives and enhances client satisfaction. ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Lead day-to-day facilities engineering and maintenance activities across building systems including Facilities, HVAC, refrigeration, and utilities * Provide technical guidance and oversight to maintenance technicians and contractors * Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment and system failures * Plan and coordinate facility shutdowns, outages, and system upgrades * Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements * Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance * Assist in capital planning, budgeting, and execution of facility improvement projects ## Required Qualifications: * 5–10+ years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or building operations * Strong working knowledge
