Provide day-to-day operational support
Coordinate clinical schedules

Coordinate procurement and IT support needs
Process staff operational expense submissions
Manage absence and leave requests
Escalate workforce gaps
Ensure staff compliance with policies
Maintain program guide and calendar
Lead design of clinical programs
Implement clinical programs
Evaluate clinical programs
Develop evidence-informed tools
Support staff oversight
