# ******Job Description Summary****** The Lead Maintenance Analyst provides frontline technical support, troubleshooting leadership, and reliability improvement for union maintenance/manufacturing teams supporting critical production equipment (including Heat Treat, EDM, EB Weld, and CNC). This role is primarily analysis, coordination, and coaching-focused (not a hands-on wrench-turning position) and helps drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) outcomes through better maintenance execution, defect elimination, and equipment uptime. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of complex industrial equipment through advanced data analysis, predictive maintenance strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves collaborating with engineering and operations to implement best practices in asset management. # **Job Description** _**Roles & Responsibilities**_ * Ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition for use.
