Must Have
B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile), 10-15yrs in Automobile / Mechanical allied Engineering Industry in simulation, Experience in Throughput Simulation Analysis for manufacturing systems, Working knowledge of Industrial Engineering including Vehicle Development Process, Global Manufacturing Systems, Bill of Process (BoP), Bill of Equipment's (BoE), Vehicle assembly process in automotive plant (Body / Paint / GA), Expert knowledge about functionality of Throughput Simulation Software using Plant Simulation, Expert Knowledge in coding logic using Simtalk2, Expert knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS office tools, Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python preferred), Knowledge of warehouse/material flow and logistics systems, Knowledge about workflow and processes in Body, Paint, GA, and GPS, Knowledge about throughput behaviors and production systems, Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing Strategy (ex. TOC), Familiarity with digital twin concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies, High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills-ability to interact with all levels of the organization, High level of analytical ability and problem-solving skills, Demonstrated ability to work well with multiple customers at the same time, Ability to travel is required

This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office four times per week or other frequency dictated by the business. **What You’ll Do** * Conceptualize, Build, simulate, and optimize discrete event models using Plant Simulation simulation Software * Conduct **throughput analysis, bottleneck identification, and logistics simulation & optimization** * Understand process flows, analyze data, and effectively represent in simulation model to achieve better interrelationship and process improvement * Provide recommendations to optimize resource utilization, cycle times, and system efficiency * Perform data analysis and cost-benefit studies to support decision-making * Lead and coordinate simulation and Planning efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions for the designed concept or current process. * Deliver results according to project schedules and quality. * Provide results to leadership and coordination between internal departments and Plants for multiple sites. * Develop design solutions to provide best process flow to improve the throughput of the facilities. * Perform self-check as per the process and submit the proposal of changes. * Additional responsibilities are listed below. * Act as coach/mentor/Goto person for the business unit for questions and problems within his/her area of expertise. * Support functional leader in developing strategies related to project executions, workshare, skill-gap closure plans, assessment tools * Guide to resolve issues relevant to project deliverables within their area of expertise. * Obtain or provide approval/guidance for changes to processes and practices within their area of expertise (Through Global council meeting
