Our award-winning seating solutions are developed from consumer research, finding the ease of operation to be comfortable, convenient and connected. **Job Responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end design and development of seat structures and mechanisms, ensuring manufacturability, packaging feasibility, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements (AIS, ECE, FMVSS). · Create and review 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups as per standard design practices. · Perform kinematic/motion studies, engineering calculations, and validation including physical testing support. · Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams; conduct design reviews and resolve technical queries. · Manage product data in PLM/Teamcenter and ensure timely closure of issues and delivery as per PDP milestones. · Prepare SORs, maintain lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. · Mentor team members, ensur
