12 - 15 years of experience in Product Design and Development, Hands on experience in handling mid to complex projects, Analytical capability with expertise in structural and thermal engineering, Hands-on experience with design calculations and validation, Proficient in applying technical understanding and design principles, Understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability, Experience in project execution, problem solving, Experience in using Engineering tools like DFMEA, DFM&A, VAVE, DOE, Conducting Statistical Data analysis, Well conversant with presentation through MS tools, Experience of presentation
