Our team designs and delivers integrated subsea systems that support safe, efficient, and sustainable exploration and production of hydrocarbons in challenging environments. **Partner with the best** The Lead Engineer – Subsea Distribution Systems is responsible for design and development of products for the subsea oil fields distribution systems. As a Lead Engineer, Subsea Distribution Systems, you will be responsible for: * Establishing technical requirements based on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards. * Leading and contributing on design development activities such as CAD modelling and documents creation ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule. * Working cross functionally with other teams and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables. * Collaborating cross functionally with other teams and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables. * Presenting design outcomes in design reviews when and as relevant. * Be accountable for cost out activities, budget monitoring and engineering plans progress. * Managing engineering suppliers from a technical standpoint, providing guidance and granting compliance with applicable technical and contractual requirements. * Providing engineering support to program management and any other stakeholders. * Supporting the sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products. * Providing consultancy advice to the project bid team. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: * Have a Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Be a
