7+ years’ experience in circuit design, technical leadership, people management, project management skills, New Product Introduction (NPI), change management, risk management processes, Root Cause Analysis, problem-solving techniques, embedded electronics design in aerospace or other industries requiring functional safety applications, schematic capture tools: Allegro-Cadence/Altium Designer, RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810 environmental testing standards, Safety Critical Control Systems (DAL A-C), High Integrity Control Solutions
