What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bacherlors in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical discipline, at least 5 yr of experience in application engineering, project engineering, or customer-facing technical roles, with exposure to tendering and bid processes in subsea wellhead or subsea production system, knowledge of engineering processes, quality standards, and industry regulations (e. g. , API 6A, 17D, 5CT, 5L, NACE MR0175), skilled in interpreting engineering bill of materials, drawings, and technical specifications, excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams during tender negotiations, proficiency in providing cost estimates and articulating value propositions, logical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making under time-sensitive bid conditions, proactive attitude toward continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and winning tenders, adherence to HSE & Quality policies
