Must Have
hands-on coding in frontend development, JavaScript, TypeScript, node. js, React. js, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, responsive design
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in Agile/scum environment, REACT/ANGULAR/VUE/NEXT, commonly used Data Structures and Algorithms, REST based Architecture and concepts, Design Patterns and Principles, cross-browser, mobile first development, writing unit/e2e tests, cloud platforms is a plus (preferably GCP), Technology certifications from any industry leading cloud providers
What You'll Do.
Lead UI Engineer is responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the bank's overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis
Taking functional oversight of engineering delivery for specific departments
Planning and developing entire engineering solutions to accomplish business goals
Building reliability and resiliency into solutions with appropriate testing and reviewing throughout the delivery lifecycle
Ensuring maintainability and reusability of engineering solutions
Ensuring solutions are well architected and can be integrated successfully into the end-to-end business process flow
Reviewing engineering plans and quality to drive re-use and improve engineering capability
Participating in industry forums to drive adoption of innovative technologies
and solutions in the Bank
and maintain UI components using React. js and JavaScript
Define and enforce best practices for UI development
coding standards and performance optimization
Collaborate with UI/UX designers
product managers and backend developers to deliver seamless responsive interfaces
maintainable and well-documented code
unit testing and integration testing processes
Contribute to architecture and design decisions for scalable frontend systems and own performance
