Must Have
Associate degree, Minimum seven years of experience in desktop engineering or EUC management, At least three years in a leadership role, Proven expertise in SCCM, Intune, Entra, and PatchMyPC for enterprise-scale endpoint management, background in Windows imaging, application packaging, and device provisioning, Deep understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation best practices, Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation tools, Experience of hardware asset management and asset lifecycle

**Lead Engineer, End User Computing and Desktop Engineering** **Position Summary:** * **Full time salaried position** * **This role is based onsite out of our Morrisville, NC site** We are seeking a highly experienced **Lead Engineer, End User Computing and Desktop Engineering** to lead our endpoint management strategy and operations. This role will oversee a team of managed service engineers and be responsible for the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of computing environments across the enterprise, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. The Morrisville facility is a major site for Catalent’s Inhalation business, with end-to-end development through commercial manufacturing services for nasal products. It also offers full scale product development services for pulmonary delivery including dry powder inhalation (DPI) and nebulized products and clinical-scale manufacturing for DPIs including state of the art equipment such a Procept Spray Drier, GEA blenders and a Harro Hofliger drum lab. **The Role:** * Lead and mentor a team of engineers and desktop support specialists * Establish performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement * Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence * Architect and manage enterprise-wide deployment and configuration of devices using SCCM, Intune, and PatchMyPC * Oversee Windows imaging and application packaging processes, including tasksequence design and driver management * Drive automation and standardization across device provisioning, patching, and software deployment * Manage incident, problem, requests and change management processes related to EUC and Desktop Engineering * Other duties as assigned **The Candidate:** * Associate degree, required * Minimum seven years of experience in desktop engineering or EUC management * At least three years in a leadership role * Proven expertise in SCCM, Intune, Entra, and Patc
