You are an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in electronics and motor control design in a high-volume, competitive product setting. You have demonstrated the ability to design, deliver, and thrive in a fast-paced product development environment. You’ll get to: * Work closely with the Global Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Purchasing teams to drive platform designs that support product portfolios across multiple strategic business units. * Responsible for research and development of electronic hardware designs for Battery Management Systems (BMS), delivering concurrent product development projects with a high degree of technical complexity and challenges * Directs team design of new products and platforms, modify existing designs, improve production techniques, and develop test procedures * Set deliverables, project timelines, and report status to team leaders. * Effectively identify and communicate major technical and schedule issues to team leaders in a clear, concise,
