Overview: We're seeking a hands-on Technical Leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the architecture and technical excellence of our products while fostering a culture of learning and growth within the Engineering Team. Responsibilities: Provide technical design for new features using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies. Maintain and lead the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Document technical architectures, workflows, and processes for reference and clarity. Actively contribute to the codebase (up to 40% of the time) focusing on high-complexity tasks, technical enablers and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate and implement innovative technologies. Conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality software coding standards. Participate to define technical priorities and set the technical direction for the Engineering team. Support recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates to identify future talent. Act as a Technical Lead, guiding and mentoring Software Engineers in their technical growth, encouraging learning and skill development within the team.
