What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Direct line management experience of engineers, including coaching, mentoring, and career development, AWS infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, and security, with Infrastructure-as-Code practices, Python proficiency for platform automation, tooling, and integrations, Experience building and operating highly available, resilient production systems, Demonstrated experience writing well-tested, readable software using secure coding practices, current patterns, and tooling, Hands-on ML Engineering or MLOps experience, including GenAI/LLM platforms such as model inference, vector databases, RAG patterns, and AI Gateways, with multi-cloud experience beyond AWS (e. g. GCP/Vertex AI), SRE experience building and operating production platform systems, with a track record of enabling technical teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers) through platform capabilities and experience recruiting and developing software engineers

Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching
