What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, At least 8 years of software engineering experience, 5+ years focused on designing and building scalable systems, Foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking, Proficiency in at least one backend programming language, preferably Golang, Experience with backend systems, including databases, caching, NoSQL, and application servers, Experience with cloud services, OLTP systems, and consumer-facing products, Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design, Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, Demonstrated leadership in driving technical decisions and defining engineering standards

Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
