Must Have
Minimum of two years experience with advanced endoscopic procedures, High Level Disinfection, aseptic technique, endoscopic supplies and equipment, customer service, computer skills, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills, excellent human relations skills, SGNA certification, BLS certification

Additional related education and/or experience
What You'll Do.
Facilitates services and provides clinical support
Assists with direct patient care
and supports all activities related to cleaning
and storage of scopes and reusable devices
Participates in staff development
education and evaluation
Mentors staff to increase clinical
critical thinking and problem solving skills
Supports change and assists in the development
implementation and evaluation of process improvement and quality management activities
Monitors staff usage and helps control operating expenses
Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department
Performs prescribed procedures in accordance with established policies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborates with various departments, outside vendors, and other departments; Works with all levels of endoscopy and nursing management and staff; Works with medical staff; Works with all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team
