This position oversees and supports a team responsible for determining eligibility, managing programs, and delivering case management services aimed at promoting self-sufficiency and independence. The Lead Eligibility Specialist ensures program integrity and compliance with complex state and federal policies through thorough case reviews, quality assurance, and training initiatives.
