Perform complex work and specialized assignments
Provide training to employees
Serve as lead specialist
Manage complex public assistance cases
Review and process complex cases
Ensure program compliance
Develop and provide training on policies
Provide training and information to partners
Interpret information from records
Perform quality assurance reviews
Represent Anoka County in appeals
Act as lead providing daily work direction
Manage timeline of weekly activities
