Must Have

HS diploma or vocational/technical education in related discipline, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, U. S. Person (U. S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Nice to Have

CI or CQSI certified in Planar and top level, Successful passing of the Planar and Top Level tests

What You'll Do.

Coordinating daily production activities within the Melbourne CNS IPT

Ensuring daily priorities are completed and maintain effective pass-down with other shifts

Performing specific tasks including but not limited to

hardware installation

Inspecting own work performed to ensure a quality product which conforms to workmanship standards

engineering requirements

and design specifications

Performing in accordance with productivity expectations to meet customer deadlines

Complying with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies

but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety

Ethics and Compliance

and attendance requirements

Participating in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events

Participating in audits

Acquiring applicable skill/knowledge/certifications and completing trainings as required

Maintaining materials

and work area in a clean and orderly condition

Reporting to supervisor on work progress and updates

Completing assigned tasks
