We’re seeking a **passionate and experienced Lead Educator** to join our team at **Busy Bees at Torquay** , located at **15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228** , on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive. **What you’ll do** * Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF * Inspire and mentor Educators within your room * Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment * Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community * Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies * Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences **What you’ll bring** * A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values * Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification * Valid **Working with Children Check (Employee)** for VIC * Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment * Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS) * A collaborative and supportive leadership style **Why Busy Bees?** Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pa
