Full Job Description
**Location:** 326 High Street, Belmont VIC 3216 **Rate:** $34.51 – $39.24 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience). We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced**Lead Educator** to lead the daily learning program within our **0–12 month** age group. In this role, you will guide and support your team in creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment that promotes each child’s development and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. **What you’ll do** * Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF. * Inspire and mentor Educators within your room. * Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. * Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community. * Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies. **What you’ll bring** * A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values. * Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification and WWCC. * Demonstrated experience leading a room in a day care setting. * Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. **Why Busy Bees?** Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
