Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards, Current QLD Blue Card, Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification, Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting, understanding of EYLF and NQS, Excellent communication and mentoring skills, A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset
