What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CDA with an educational plan to complete associate degree, At least three years of professional experience teaching in high-quality child care, daycare, or preschool settings
Nice to Have
Associate or higher degree in early childhood education or child development related field, Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center
