Must Have
A minimum of two years working with individuals with disabilities, A minimum of one year in a Lead DSP/Lead Caregiver position is required, Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, Must have reliable vehicle with current auto liability insurance, Must be at least 18 years old, Must have good decision making, communication, and time management skills, Must be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision, Must have basic computer skills, A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboardingployment process

Prior experience in residential services preferred
What You'll Do.
coordinating a variety of services including

maintaining consistency in programming
and communication with staff and support team members
carry out the responsibilities and duties of direct support staff during all direct care shifts
