Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process architecture, or digital transformation roles, Proven hands-on experience designing workflows in enterprise workflow automation platforms, knowledge of process automation architecture and enterprise workflow design, Deep understanding of governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and data sovereignty standards, Experience integrating workflow platforms with enterprise systems and legacy databases, Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2. 0 and workflow process modeling, experience with Agile development methodologies, Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and digital transformation best practices, stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills, Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Platform certifications such as: Pega Certified System Architect, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, Equivalent workflow automation certifications, Public sector or government project experience, Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives, Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments, leadership and mentoring capabilities, Experience developing governance models and digital standards, Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders
