Must Have
Degree educated or equivalent in engineering, scientific or related field, Proven track record of developing relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes, 8+ years of experience in field of Digital pathology / Sequencing, at least 5 years should be in a Multinational Company

Develop and execute vision and strategy
Drive organic top line growth
Lead new business development opportunities
Achieve efficient business performance
Instill leadership values across team
Partner with Roche Diagnostics colleagues nationally
Provide people direction and mentorship
Set strategic vision and develop strategic plans
Implement strategic plans and objectives
Approve changes to methods and practices
Maintain and improve quality system
Achieve quality objectives
Establish Roche DP leadership and business in India
Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Market development & conversion of prospects
Help sales achieve targeted sales growth
Establish Roche DP experience curves
Develop customer-specific strategies
Provide subject matter expertise
Establish new operation approaches & interfaces
Work closely with sales team on presales engagements
Drive turnkey solution package proposals
Design workflow (Histopathology & Sequencing set ups)

Team & Collaboration
Partner with Roche Diagnostics colleagues nationally; Work closely with sales team on presales engagements; Establish new & effective operation approaches & interfaces within Roche functional groups (Sales/marketing, Service, Workflow) & external service provider
