This position is responsible for driving organic top line growth, leading new business development opportunities, and achieving efficient business performance in addition to demonstrating and instilling leadership values across team. This position partners with Roche Diagnostics colleagues nationally and to secure the long-term success of the business. Direct report to the Head Pathology Sales- India. Provides people direction and mentorship for team. Sets strategic vision and direction; develops and implements strategic plans and objectives for the function in alignment with RDIN strategy. Typically has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and approving changes to methods and practices for assigned business area. Decisions impact the entire Division.
